Birthday Reward

Let us know the birthday month and year of your child/children in your Family Profile and we will apply an annual Birthday Reward of $10 per child aged 1 to 3 years (up to 2 children per year, per Member) to your account.

Fee Free Layby


As a member, you won't have to pay a fee for any purchases you layby at your local store. You can even use your $10 reward on the initial set up of the layby!

You can become a Baby Bunting Australia family member by clicking the “join” button on this page or in person at any Baby Bunting store.

Not at all, becoming a member is free!

Your account is linked to your email address, so you can’t become a Baby Bunting Australia family member without providing one. This is how we will communicate with you about your rewards and member benefits.

You can update your communication preferences at any time by opting out of receiving marketing communications from Baby Bunting. Note that should you opt out of receiving marketing communications, we will continue to provide you with details of your rewards. You can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link on any of our marketing emails, updating your communication preferences in your online account, asking our friendly team in store, or contact our Customer Care team or on 1300 422 292. 

You can leave Baby Bunting family at any time, however, by leaving the program you will no longer be eligible for rewards and other benefits that may be of interest to you. Any rewards you have available at the time of cancelling your membership will be forfeited. You can leave the program in the following ways:

  • Ask a team member in store to cancel your membership or

Our personal information statement,  describes how we collect and use your personal information. Upon Joining Baby Bunting family, you may choose to provide further information such as your parenting stage and birthdate of your child, so we can send you information based on your parenting stage or age of your child. If you would like to update or remove this information, you can do so by contacting customer care or by calling 1300 422 292.

Rewards cannot be redeemed to purchase gift cards/eVouchers, Marketplace products, hire security deposits, payments towards existing products on layby or layby cancellation fees, delivery fees, donations made by a member during a charitable fundraising campaign and for any other selected products or services that may be determined by Baby Bunting.  Rewards cannot be redeemed as part of a purchase where price has been adjusted by the application of Baby Bunting's Price Promise. 

Your $10 welcome reward is applied to your account up to 24 hours after joining and logging into your online account. Rewards can be redeemed in store, or on our website by logging in to your Baby Bunting account.

Baby Bunting family members will receive one $10 welcome reward per lifetime.

Provided that you have entered the birthday month and year of your child/children in the My Family Profile in your Member account, we will apply an annual Birthday Reward of $10 per child aged 1 to 3 years (up to 2 children per year per Member) to your account.

The $10 Birthday reward will be applied to your account on the 1st day of the nominated month. Please contact our customer care team on 1300 4222 92 if you need assistance.

Rewards expire 60 days from issue and cannot be extended. Baby Bunting may under certain circumstances re-issue a reward.

Rewards can be redeemed online at www.babybunting.com.au or in any of our stores. Let our team know you have a reward, and this can be applied to your next purchase.

An email notification will be sent when a member has earned a reward, which will detail the expiry date (unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications).

Members can view their reward balance and expiry by logging into My Account on our website.

Yes, you can use more than one reward for instore or online transactions.

You can use your $10 reward on the initial set up of the layby but you are unable to use your reward on subsequent payments.

You can update your account information by logging into your account on our website and saving your changes. Alternatively, your account information can be updated in any Baby Bunting Australia store or by contacting our Customer Care Team or by calling 1300 422 292.

One person can be nominated as a secondary holder to your Member account, by providing that person’s full name in store or to our Customer Care team on 1300 4222 92.

A secondary holder can link transactions to the member account and redeem rewards, provided he or she can identify the member’s account. Only the member is authorised to make changes to the member account detail, Baby Bunting will only communicate with the member and not the secondary holder in these instances. You must not provide the secondary holder any passwords required to access your Member account.

Yes, customers can be in either program, or both.

Provided you are a member of both the Australian and New Zealand Baby Bunting Family programs you may redeem birthday rewards in either Australia or New Zealand.  Your welcome reward can only be redeemed at an Australian store or online at babybunting.com.au.

No, you will only receive one offer per child, but the birthday reward can be used in either program.
